Testimonials.... Dear Joseff, Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed you, your staff AND YOUR FOOD for our mother's 90th birthday party December 17, 2011 at the Glendevon Room. The appetizer table looked so appealing and the cheeses and fruits you selected were fresh and delicious. Having the meal served "Family Style" at our tables was really convenient and made us feel like it was an "all you can eat" meal which it was! The servings were ample and oh so good! My mother had wanted polish sausage and sour krout and the way you prepared them were the way we like them! The chicken and garlic, red-skinned mashed potatoes and dilled carrots were very well done. The meal was a stand out and you did what you said....you hit it out of the park! There were many comments on the food and we told our guests who the caterer was! And finally, your staff was absolutely fantastic. Everything was served very quickly, even though we had a very large group. Your staff were friendly, yet professional. They were very helpful throughout the night as they cleaned up and later served popcorn and pizza. You have a wonderful group of people working for you!
