Lunch Menu is available until 3:00 p.m. for a minimum of 15 guests. Service will be provided with high quality plasticware. China service is available for an additional $2.00 per person. All lunch selections may be served after 3:00 p.m. for an additional $3.00 per person.

Salad & Soup Buffet $8 per person (Choose 1 salad selection and 2 soups, or 2 salads and 1 soup) add $1 per person to add grilled chicken strips and a second soup or salad selection. Served with fresh baked rolls and whipped butter.

Chef-Attended Station Menu

Chef-attended stations are available for a minimum of 25 guests. China service is included in the pricing. 
A minimum of three stations must be selected. A $50.00 chef fee will apply to all stations except
the Garden Fresh Station and the Tailgate Station.


Garden Fresh Station $6 per person
Fresh fruit and domestic cheese with crackers served with a house salad including mixed greens, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, green and red peppers and cheddar cheese.

Mashed Potato Martini Station $6 per person
Build your own mashed potato bar with sour cream, whipped butter, chives, bacon bits, gravy, steamed broccoli, sautéed sweet white onions, sautéed mushrooms and cheddar cheese. 

Pasta Station $7per person
Create your own pasta starting with prepared penne or spaghetti noodles and basil pesto or marinara sauce. Top it off with sautéed chicken breast, steamed broccoli or Italian meatballs. Add Italian sausage or shrimp for $1.00 per person. 

Taco Fiesta Station $7 per person
Seasoned chicken and beef served with hard and soft taco shells, homemade guacamole, tortilla chips and all the toppings. Toppings include shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, salsa and sour cream. Add homemade chili con queso for $1.00 per person.

Grilled Fajitas Station $7 per person
Sautéed chicken and beef fajitas strips served with sweet onions, sautéed red & green peppers, Mexican rice, homemade guacamole, tortilla chips, soft tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, salsa and sour cream. Add homemade chili con queso for $1.00 per person. 

Backyard Grill Station $7 per person
Grilled Johnsonville brats and mini sliders served with sautéed sweet white onions, cheddar cheese, baked beans, potato chips and coleslaw or home-style potato salad. Add $1.00 per person for both coleslaw and potato salad. 

Stir-Fry Station $7 per person
A stir-fry chicken or beef, pan seared pot stickers, and served with white rice, oriental vegetables, spring rolls and fortune cookies. Add Shrimp for $1.50 per person.

Carving Station $7 per person
Your choice of Hand-carved Western Roast Beef, French-cut Turkey Breast, Smoked Seasoned Ham or Roasted Pork Loin, carved individually for your guests and served with fresh baked rolls and condiments.

Tropical Station $10 per person

Pan seared Ahi Tuna with a wasabi aioli, coconut shrimp with a pina colada sauce and our “soon to be famous” 4’ tropical fruit kabob tree

Policies & Procedures

General Guidelines 

Payment may be made via cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. An additional processing fee will apply to all credit cards.  YoChef's Catering Company does ask for a credit card to be kept on file to guarantee service regardless of your chosen method of payment.

Food and Beverage Policies 
All food and beverage, with the exception of wedding and birthday cakes, must be provided through YoChef's Catering Company. Cake cutting fee may apply - we supply plasticware $1 per person, with china and silverware $2 per person - see event planner for details

An $80.00 or 20% service charge, whichever is greater, will be applied to all staffed events. Offsite catering is subject to a fuel surcharge based upon the distance traveled (0-15 miles – no charge; 16-25 miles - $25.00; 26-50 miles - $50.00; 51+ miles - $100.00). 

6% Michigan sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage orders. If your event is tax exempt, a current copy of the Michigan Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be provided to your event coordinator prior to your event. 

A $250 deposit or 50% (for parties under $500) catering deposit is due with your signed catering agreement. Final payment is due one week prior to your event with your guaranteed guest count. If a guaranteed guest count is not received, YoChef's Catering Company reserves the right to charge for the highest estimated guest count given. Guest count can increase up to 72 hours before the event, and we will make every effort to accommodate increases within 72 hours. Additional charges will apply.

Menu selections must be finalized with your event coordinator 14 days prior to your event. YoChef's Catering Company will do our best to accommodate any changes necessary after the deadline, however, these changes are not guaranteed. Chef Joseff VanHorn is happy to work with you on custom menus – see your event coordinator if you have specific ideas! 

Buffet meals will be available for a maximum of two hours to ensure food quality and presentation. Longer serving times available for additional cost

YoChef's Catering Company is not responsible for food quality or temperature due to delays of 30 minutes or more within the scheduled service start time. 

Any remaining food and beverage may not be taken from venue due to health code regulations unless a release of liability form is signed and on file prior to date of event.

Linen - YoChefs Catering Company will provide linen and skirting for food buffets.  Additional tables that require linen and skirting will need to be provided by the guest. $25 per table

Audio Visual Needs 
Please make arrangements for any audio visual needs at least one week prior to your event to ensure availability.

Cancellation 
Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, with the exception of Saturday events. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event forfeit all money paid. 

Saturday events forfeit all money paid, regardless of cancellation date. 

Deposits can be transferred to an alternate date should you need to change your date. Saturday date changes will be treated as a new reservation, with all previous deposits being forfeited. 

Should cancellation be necessary on a catering order, the deposit will be forfeited or transferred to a future catering order. Additional charges may apply if cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled event.

Decorations 
Please adhere to individual venues policies regarding decorations.  We will assist you any way possible.

Insurance
The client will assume liability and financial responsibility for any damage to or loss of property belonging to the venue of choice and or YoChef's Catering Company and for any personal injury incurred during or as a result of such use.
